Custom Program
Custom Programmes are tailor-made programmes designed to build organizational capabilities and create a positive impact, by developing learning solutions specific to the challenges faced by the organization(s). The programmes can be of Short Duration (minimum 3 days) or Long Duration, based on the needs of customers.

Every organisation has its unique set of business challenges and developmental needs. These may include development of leadership pipeline to take on bigger, more complex responsibilities/equip to be future-ready, transition from a functional to a general management role or address specific organizational challenges, develop deep skills in a particular function/domain etc. Some of the abiding themes include Leadership development, Business acumen, Strategy formulation and execution, Digitalisation, AI & Business Analytics, Innovation, Intrapreneurship and so on. We partner with our clients to understand these needs and tailor solutions to address the same, through a consultative process of Diagnostic Study.
The programmes may be delivered live-online or in-campus or as hybrid of both, based on the needs of the organization. The programmes can also include an overseas learning component, in partnership with accredited international B-schools.
